Short rib chili. I intended to make a silly tiktok video of me making “British style” baked potato — tuna, beans, cheese — but i couldnt bring myself to eat that so i ended up making this delicious braised short rib and butter bean chili.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My boss. I wanted to work under a latina chef, and working for someone as talented and knowledgeable as her is a privilege.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off my debt. Theres quite a bit. And take my mom to dinner.
