My oldest son LOVES my Italian dishes. My two favorite styles to cook are anything Italian or classic southern meals. But I LOVE to cook anything,I love trying new dishes I haven’t cooked yet and I love a good challenge.I would say my signature dish is my 5 cheese ziti & homeade meatballs. I truly enjoy my baked mac and cheese,I make my own rue. So does everyone else! I love to feed my neighbors and anyone in need. I have been told that I need to sell plates but I just bless others for

My Mawmaw Billie Faye Simpson. She was the best grandmother in the world. When i was child I loved to watch her cook. I was always so amazed and in awe of her and how amazingly delicious her southern dishes were they were truly a delicacy and it shaped my childhood into a special safe and warm place for me and our family. Sadly when I was young she died away of melanoma and a brain tumor shortly after her husband my pawpaw Orvice Edward Simpson died of cancer as well.She would be so proud of me.

I am a single mother of a 10 year old son,and a 4 year old son with level two autism. I am my toddlers caretaker,and I have no help with him as far as babysitters, or other caregivers therefore I am not able to work and haven’t been able to work since he was born four years ago. So therefore we live on a very fixed income and we rarely ever have the extra income to do anything fun for them. If I won this competition I would take my Sons to disneyland, or to the beach or on a cruise.
