Who is your culinary inspiration?To help youth cook well and be able to make something amazing out of nothing. Everything is expensive today but making a great meal doesn’t have to be. Learning how to become a ‘pantry chef’ is an incredible skill to provide for yourself and your future family. No kid goes hungry and that is important.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to start a foundation that provides trade skills…culinary to people who may not know where their place is in this community and to provide a skills for a lifetime, to provide stable income and opportunities for advancement.
