Asian fusion is my style. If I can showcase my asian roots. I will do so. Garlic noodles and everything seafood.
Who is your culinary inspiration?When I think of culinary inspiration, one person doesn't come to mind. I think of Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby flay, Gordon Ramsy, Esther Choi, Kristen Kish and so much more. What inspires me is the people, cultures, my family and the thought of being able to create something amazing that brings people together. Love will always be the key ingredient.
