Depends on the season....In spring, I'm know for my pasta primavera.....loads of veggie pasta, and my Spring Pilaf...with leeks,peas,asperagus and crab. Summer I'm the grill queen with grilled veggies and fish.Fall I love squash, I make a delish stuffed acorn squash or my spaghetti squash pad thai is killer!Winter,Im the soup queen....my Minestroni is medicine in a bowl, I also love a Persian beef stew
Who is your culinary inspiration?Nature! The colors in nature provide us with a colorful palette and it always inspires me. Also spices! Spice can completely change a dish!
What would you do with the $25,000?First off with a nice donation to my favorite food bank in Pittsburgh! It started in a neighborhood and just grew and grew with the kindness of others. Then I would travel to a place that always creates colorful dishes and learn about their local cooking and spices.
