What is your signature dish?

Ribeye cooked to perfection finished with rosemary/garlic butter. Served with a side of pan fried asparagus and cinnamon apples. Dessert will be a strawberry/blueberry cup topped in fresh whip-cream.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration started when I first worked in a restaurant watching the joy food brought to the customers faces. And I am grateful to Chef Domonic Pannelli and Chef Marcus Hencinski. These Chefs not only taught me, they inspired me to continue expanding my culinary knowledge.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’m thinking a couple scholarships to YCAwr where I teach culinary and pursue my culinary passions.
