Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration started when I first worked in a restaurant watching the joy food brought to the customers faces. And I am grateful to Chef Domonic Pannelli and Chef Marcus Hencinski. These Chefs not only taught me, they inspired me to continue expanding my culinary knowledge.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m thinking a couple scholarships to YCAwr where I teach culinary and pursue my culinary passions.
