Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother, only she has not cooked for five years, she has ALS disease and is bedridden, she also inspires me in the kitchen of my aunts and maternal grandmother. My greatest inspiration is cooking with my soul.
What would you do with the $25,000?I tried to finish my mom dream of having a small Creole food business here in Oklahoma City. She had it, but because of her illness she was affected and had to close.
