Receive Text UpdatesI wouldn’t say I have one signature dish. I create dishes based on what is local and seasonal. My signature style is elevated farm-to-table grazing and seasonal small bites that tell a story of the Midwest. I love creating vibrant dishes inspired by what’s freshest from local farms and markets.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from farmers, makers, and the community around me. I’m inspired by chefs like Jason Hammel, Tayler Ploshenhanski & Brian Mottka who helped redefine the farm-to-table movement, but also by the local growers and small businesses I work with every week. Their passion for seasonal food, sustainability, and connection inspires me to create meals that feel intentional, nourishing, and rooted in place.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into growing Flock & Forage, my dream farm-to-table market, café, and community space. The funds would help expand local partnerships, host educational workshops and community dinners, improve kitchen equipment, and create more opportunities to support small farms and makers. My goal is to build a space where people feel connected—to their food, their community, and the stories behind every ingredient.
