I was southern raised. Chicken fried steak and chicken and dumplings are a favorite of mine!I don’t want that to be the only thing people expect from me. I love the at home fine dining foods as well! Presentation is always a must. It’s in my blood.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Emeril Lagasse will always have a place in my heart. I was kid watching him! He definitely plays a role in where this started along with my Italian grandmother. Anthony Bourdain was classic for finding the most I terarifn cuisines and introducing the world to them. There are so many great chefs I love lately. Bobby Flat. Malarkey. Stephanie Izard and Alex Guarnaschelli are definite favorites with their ability to use anything and create something unexpected.
What would you do with the $25,000?I could possibly start a career with my passion for food. Something I enjoy doing and makes me happy! Many of my friends have mentioned me starting a food truck
