I combine rich Nigerian-style seasoning, fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, and a special preparation style that gives it a taste people remember. It’s not just shawarma — it’s a creative fusion that stands out from the usual version.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the strong home cooks and hardworking chefs around me who create amazing meals from simple ingredients. I’m inspired by African cooking traditions, street food culture, and chefs who mix culture with innovation. Seeing people connect through food motivates me to keep improving and creating dishes that tell a story.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to grow my food business, build a unique mobile food concept, upgrade my cooking equipment, and create opportunities to share African-inspired cuisine with more people. I also want to invest in professional training and create a brand that represents culture, creativity, and unforgettable flavor.
