My signature dish is Stuffed Shell Alfredo. Tender pasta shells are filled with a rich cheese mixture, topped with creamy homemade Alfredo sauce, and baked until golden and bubbly. Inspired by my mother and grandmother's love of cooking, it's more than a meal—it's a tradition. It's the dish my family requests most because it brings comfort, creates memories, and brings everyone together around the table.

My grandma is my greatest culinary inspiration. She taught me that food is more than a meal—it's a way to show love, bring people together, and create lasting memories. Some of my favorite moments were spent beside her in the kitchen, learning family recipes and the care that goes into every dish. Her passion, kindness, and dedication continue to inspire me every time I cook. I strive to honor her legacy by sharing that same warmth and love through the meals I create.

If I won $25,000, my first priority would be helping my mom get a home. She has always sacrificed so much for our family, and being able to give back to her would mean everything to me. I would also invest in my dream of opening my own restaurant, creating a place where people can gather, share great food, and make lasting memories inspired by the recipes and values my grandmother passed down to me.
