Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Jerk Shrimp Penne Pasta! Perfectly seasoned shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy jerk sauce with tender penne pasta. It combines bold Caribbean flavors with rich comfort food, and its one of alot of peoples favorite dish. But most of the things i cook is a hit because they are made with love.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspirations are my parents and Chef Colin Eady. My parents taught me the importance of cooking with love, passion, and generosity, while hef Colin helped mentor me in both cooking and baking. We shared the same creative flair and passion for bringing people together through food. He inspired me to keep pushing myself creatively and reminded me how powerful it is to see people smile and feel joy from something you created.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25,000 would help me transform my baking and catering business by investing in commercial equipment, inventory, licensing, marketing, and a professional kitchen space. My goal is to build a brand that brings people joy, comfort and creativity through food and desserts. As a mother, this opportunity would also inspire my son, who wants to start his own lemonade business, to see that passion and hard work can truly create something meaningful.
