My butternut squash soup has become a favorite every fall. People request batches to take home because of its rich flavor, comforting warmth, and homemade feel. I love taking simple seasonal ingredients and turning them into something that brings people together around the table.
Who is your culinary inspiration?School students are my culinary inspiration. Their excitement, honesty, and willingness to try something new constantly push me to be more creative and find ways to make food both fun and meaningful.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate a portion of the winnings and use the rest to take my wife on a culinary excursion. We both love experiencing new foods, cultures, and restaurants together, and it’s something we’ve always wanted to do.
