Receive Text UpdatesAfter thinking about all of the dishes I’ve made I would have to say simple but comforting is the way to go. In my opinion that is a take on a chicken pot pie. The difference between the traditional and mine is, sundried tomato’s, custom spices and topped with homemade cheddar biscuits. Rich, herbaceous, flavourful and a family favourite.
Who is your culinary inspiration?As a food network fanatic I take a lot of inspiration from chefs such as, bobby flay, Giada De Launentiis, guy fieri and of course the classic Gordon Ramsey. I can’t forget to mention Carla Hall can I? I also love Ina Garten and Ree Drummond.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would use it towards perusing my dream of becoming a private chef. I dream of having the best equipment to use while traveling family to family personally cooking for them. Whatever it takes or costs on the way to get there is what my winnings would go towards if I was chosen as THE favourite chef. The labour and expenses can be a lot when starting from nothing, and i couldn’t imagine having this opportunity to do what I love full time.
