Receive Text UpdatesAnything BBQ. A Rack of Lamb with potatoes and oven roasted vegetables probably comes to mind. In addition pulled pork Nachos. And lastly a skirt steak tacos.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I do not have a specific person, but my current inspiration is BBQ Brawl with Bobby Flay and The show Dinners, Drive in and Dives with Guy Fieri. Both shows are fun and generate great ideas.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would throw a cookout and donate it back to the community.
