I enjoy fusion cuisine; I delight in combining the flavors of my homeland with the flavors of different cultures.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, my mother, and my Aunt Lila. For them, cooking was more than just a passion; it was their livelihood. I grew up watching them cook, and with each passing day, they did so with even greater love. My mother, for instance, prepared our meals with such affection that, to me, anything she made felt like a true delicacy.
What would you do with the $25,000?With God's help 🙏🏻 I have a big dream of becoming a renowned chef, recognized in every country. If I win the prize, I will invest it in continuing my training; I will attend a culinary school to refine and update my cooking techniques. I want to be a great chef.
