Who is your culinary inspiration?I watch and learn from many sources. I can learn something from everyone. Sometimes it is a new time saving trick, sometimes it is what not to do. I just enjoy the process and improving. It is like golf, I only compete against myself.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would upgrade my cottage bakery. To join some of the large summer events in my area I need some new equipment. I cannot do large enough quantities.
