This is a topic of humor among friends. “Hey Ruth, did you order the fish and chips?” I seriously study the entire menu (longer than anyone)… then I order the fish and chips.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anne Burrell, we cook her brined turkey recipe every year for Thanksgiving, she will be missed forever. The Kitchen Show is my go to for ideas and techniques!
