My signature dish is my Spanish Arroz con grandules y Pernil. Slow roasted pork with spanish yellow rice and pigeons peas. Puerto Rican dishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration has been the roots from my grandmother's who cooked for the whole town while I was growing up in Puerto Rico.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to provide private acuatic occupational therapy for my autistic son. It will also help me bring my sick mom with me from Puerto Rico.
