Who is your culinary inspiration?Very simply put, this has always been my grandmother. Just before she passed, she said she would love to have a chef in the family since there wasn't any. I stayed true to her wishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Definitely that would give me the head start to start on my own food business and get headed in the right direction to continue this culinary journey.
