Who is your culinary inspiration?Family is my foundation, and food is my passion. My inspiration comes from creating meals that bring people together and watching others experience something new through flavor. I love blending cultures, styles, and traditions into fun fusion dishes that reflect my creativity and experience. Cooking isn’t just food to me—it’s service, connection, and creating moments people will always remember.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning Favorite Chef would do more than support a dream — it would help launch my mobile food trailer business and create opportunities to give back in a real way. Food has always been my passion, and I want to use it not only to serve amazing meals, but to serve people in need. One of my biggest initiatives is providing meals to unhoused individuals and bringing hope, dignity, and love to the community one plate at a time.
