I'm a seafood guy so probably something in seafood like stuffed braided salmon topped with crab meat stuffing and shrimp, lobster Mac and cheese of soy garlic and teriyaki beef spare ribs.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I cooked part time in the Navy, my Mom was a fantastic cook but professionally I love Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. I live to create and try nontraditional (stick to the script) things.
What would you do with the $25,000?Most likely pay some bills and finally complete a small food truck me and a friend purchased to renovate to open our own food truck, or use it to help find a small restaurant to rent for our own seafood and steak sports bar with a firefighter them since I'm close to retirement and hes a retired captain.
