Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is first and foremost Julia Child. I loved watching her cooking show! I also was inspired by many other women chefs, including Cindy Pawlcyn, Susan Feniger, and Mary Sue Milliken.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would travel to some European countries that I haven't yet had a chance to visit, including Italy and Greece. I'd also love to go back to Ireland, in honor of the amazing time my late mother and I once spent there.
