Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is spaghetti, something I’ve learned to make my own through practice and attention to detail. I start with a simple base of garlic and onion sautéed until fragrant, then build a slow-simmered tomato sauce that develops real depth over time. I season it carefully so it has a balance of richness, a little sweetness, and just enough spice to give it character without overpowering the dish. I cook the pasta al dente so it holds its texture, then finish it in the sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is my culinary inspiration. She cooks with a heart full of love for people and a deep love for God, & it shows in every meal she prepares. Growing up, she made sure we were well fed before school with hot breakfasts like homemade buttery biscuits, grits, eggs, & sausage. She also prepared dinner, so when we came home, there was always a meal waiting. She did all of this before going to work each day.
