While southern cuisine is my heritage, I am multi faceted with my love for food and creativity in the kitchen. If I have to choose a single dish, I would say baked spaghetti, and that is being very modest and keeping it simple.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Carla Hall of course, hence the reason I was inspired to submit for this contest. I also have a love for Barefoot Contessa, both are true inspirations.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm starting over in life after a 25+ year marriage from a recent divorce. Winning $25,000 would be a blessing to help along the way with my new beginning and putting my pieces back together, would truly be life changing.
