Who is your culinary inspiration?When I was a young chef it was and still is Anthony Bourdain. I also look to Gordon Ramsey but when he goes to restaurants and hotels to save them, im not really into his reality shows.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would hire a business consultant and see how I can use the prize to invest on making my dream of my 90s-2000s diner become a reality!
