Receive Text UpdatesBeing from Colorado I have embraced southwest/mexican fare including selling over 1,500 tamales every holiday season. So regionally I would say Tacos de Barria but although not southwest/mexican if I were to pick one it would be Jerk Chicken.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Who?!? Not sure I have one inspiration…My culinary inspiration is not unlike my joy of coaching, of my art, its the process of starting with a blank canvas and falling in love with the growth and then celebrating the finished product! It’s connecting people to new ideas, flavors and or experiences!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to evolve from being a cottage industry chef and caterer and either buy a food truck, find an industrial kitchen or a location for a cafe/restaurant.
