Who is your culinary inspiration?Alton Brown. We are both Leos who blend passion, precision, and flair into our cooking. While Alton represents the science and technique, my style also channels Chef Gusteau’s philosophy that "anyone can cook." I found my calling later in life, and I believe that while precision gives you a foundation, it's the heart, soul, and a great playlist in the background that truly bring a meal to life.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pour every cent of the prize into my daughter's college tuition. Being her dad and the family chef means my greatest joy is providing for her future. It might only take care of one year, but knowing I could give her that solid foundation as she steps out into the world would mean absolutely everything to me.
