Who is your culinary inspiration?There have been several people who have inspired and influenced me, both local and world renowned, as a person and as a professional. Albert Adria, Marco Pierre White, John Brand, Jaime Gonzalez, Grandma.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25k, I would give some thoughtful gifts to my family and friends who supported me along the way. I'd take a vacation with my fiancé to a country whose culinary influences will challenge and shape me, then save the rest for whatever the future might hold for me.
