Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. As a kid I would sit in the kitchen and watch my mom prepare her meals. I took mental notes of hopes of being a known chef later on in life
What would you do with the $25,000?I would allocate funds toward essential business operations and growth-enabling expenses. For example: Annual business licensing and compliantly in Maryland. Commercial kitchen access and rental fees, ensuring food safety, consistency and scalability. Event related expenses including venue fees, equipment rentals and setup costs for catering and Pop Up activities. These investments would reduce operational pressure, improve efficiency and allow me to accept more opportunities.
