Who is your culinary inspiration?

Chef Wolfgang Puck, my forever mentor! I started in his restaurant almost straight out of culinary school and he was brilliant , enthusiastic and VERY supportive of my passion to grow as a chef.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve been fortunate enough to work in so many facets of the culinary industry. From restaurants, hotels, country clubs to corporate and now as a private chef and caterer…. Always excited to try something new and creative! Vibing a food truck in my near future! Hopefully:)
