Who is your culinary inspiration?I have multiple inspirations. Madeline Kamman reminds me that regardless of how good a cook I become to not get too big feeling about myself. Anthony Bourdain taught me not to look down on something other people consider food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd like to take an culinary trip through Italy with my wife. Since my cancer diagnosis, we've done local culinary trips, but Europe eludes us. Italian cooking has always fascinated me for its clean, simple preparation of incredible foods.
