I'm Southern, so my signature dish is shrimp and grits. Although, I did not grow up eating it.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother and my mother continue to inspire my decision making in the kitchen. For example, the both use brown paper bags to make their dumplings. IYKYK
What would you do with the $25,000?I could not attend my dad's funeral, so I would love to see his burial site. I would also love to take my sister to dinner for a culinary journey. I would definitely buy more drag, and more wine. Last. I would redo my kitchen so that it makes since while cooking.
