I wanted something that captured the best parts of brunch without being a traditional breakfast burger. Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration growing up was my mom, before she passed away when I was 13. Beyond her, I’ve always looked up to Gordon Ramsay and Masaharu Morimoto. Cooking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, so I also grew up admiring so many of the chefs and personalities on the Food Network!
What would you do with the $25,000?It would help me pay for my son’s care. He has autism and everything is so expensive now. Trying to get him the best care possible is hard enough but I really am trying to give him the best life possible. More than I had when I was younger.
