Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would probably be my seared scallops. It really reflects my background because it combines fine dining presentation with bold flavors and clean execution. Working in high-volume hotels and upscale kitchens taught me how to create dishes that are refined but still approachable. The scallops are not only delicious, but they are also eye-catching!
Who is your culinary inspiration?One of my biggest culinary inspirations is Emeril Lagasse. I’ve always respected how he combines bold flavor with strong kitchen leadership and high-level execution. His style showed me that food can be refined but still approachable and full of personality. That influence comes through in my cooking, especially in dishes like my seared scallops, where technique and flavor both stand out.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I’d use it to help open a food truck or small restaurant focused not just on great food, but on giving opportunities to people passionate about cooking who may not have the resources for culinary school. I want to create an environment where people can learn, grow, and gain real kitchen experience while building confidence in themselves and their craft
