Receive Text UpdatesIt depends on my mood and who is my quests are for the meal. Roasted Brisket with my signature rub. Wild caught East Coast white shrimp with North Georgia stone ground grits. How about a marbled hand-cut bone-in ribeye grilled to perfection. My signature is making my guests happy with their overall experience.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My inspiration isn't based on cooking talent, though I'm a fan of Bobby Flay. My inspiration started when my Grandmother put me on a stool in front of her stove so I could stir the gravy from the roasted chicken when I was 5. After that, I was inspired by artists like Julia Child and Alex Guarnaschelli. When taking all points into consideration I've been moved and motivated by Guy Fieriand what he's accomplished by supporting independent F&B, especially during Covid. Oh, and my Mom.
What would you do with the $25,000?Some would go to paying down debt acquired when we opened Scoot's Cafe & Ice Cream Emporium. A portion would go as a bonus for our employees. The remainder would go to sponsor some much needed and earned beach time on the coast of Georgia.
