Who is your culinary inspiration?I have a few culinary inspirations, but one of my favorites is Rick Bayless. I love cooking Mexican cuisine and blending those bold flavors with BBQ and open-flame cooking. I’ve always admired the way he brings traditional dishes and authentic flavors to everyone in a way that feels approachable and inspiring.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won, I would use the money to give my wife the opportunity to go back to school and earn her degree. She has always been my biggest supporter in the world of food and BBQ competitions, and I would love the chance to support her dreams the way she has always supported mine.
