Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest inspiration is my family. My husband and our five kids inspire me every day, and I love bringing everyone together around the table. Cooking for them has taught me the importance of creating meals that are made with love and enjoyed together. My grandmother also had a huge influence on me—she cooked everything from scratch and showed her love through food. My father inspired me with a few unforgettable signature dishes that remain some of the best food I’ve ever tasted.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in continuing my culinary education, pursue ACF certification, and use the opportunity to further develop my skills as a chef and leader. The rest would help support my family while I continue building a career centered on great food, mentorship, and hospitality.
