Who is your culinary inspiration?Like many my interests started with my grandmother cooking for family and friends, I truly see how food brings others together, and through my education I see how it is an art form as well
What would you do with the $25,000?Education holds a great importance to me, if I won this amazing opportunity I would continue to stage at other restaurants around the world, taking in the knowledge of other industry professionals at the top of their field. I also hope to put forward money towards pop up restaurants and tools to help educate the future generations of chefs.
