Who is your culinary inspiration?My mentor Chef Scott Stover , who is now a wine connoisseur in Reno . He has worked in almost every position having to do with food from farming and ranching to executive chef in dining and owner / executive chef of his White Stripe Catering. He was also Sous chef to Chef Emeril Lagasse .
