Receive Text UpdatesI feel like I have more of a signature style than dish. I love taking traditional dishes and modernizing them or fusion dishes such as a Thai chicken cordon bleu or Greek quesadilla.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is almost like the ingredients of a recipe. A mix of Ramsey’s passion & discipline, Boirdain’s wittiness & fearlessness, Tila’s skill and energy, and Lafaso’s confidence & competitiveness.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to give some to improving some thing in my students classroom and also use some to take my family to some of the best culinary destinations in the world.
