Mid-west is known for good beef. I am a ribeye fanatic. Grilled to beautiful med-rare and topped with my compound butter. Is it a "dish"? Idk...but it sure covers one!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Many culinary inspirations...but it started with my Mom, rest her soul, and then influenced by Bobby Flay, Guy and Gordan Ramsay. I didn't have the "ingredients" they used or gadgets. So I substituted for what I thought would be best for mid-west charm.
What would you do with the $25,000?I currently own a restaurant and haven't been on a vacation in 4 years. So a vacation and pay of some of my debt.
