Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish, is my version of a chicken parm. First I pound the chicken as you would for a parm, then I use my secret blend of spices in the breading. Then I make my white cream sauce that will top the chicken once cooked. I normally serve in on a rice pilaf, or with a pasta.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up it was my memere (grandma) and my mother. Once I got older, my uncle (who was a chef) in his younger years, took me under his wing and showed me some of the things today. Now that I'm older, my absolute favorite culinary icon, is chef Gordon Ramsey.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to put the money towards my dream of opening up a food truck, so I can take my skills cross country.
