Receive Text UpdatesA southern smoked pork butt, shredded and crisped on butterleaf lettuce leaf with a fermented salsa. I can forego the fermentation process and just make salsa fresca. I also make an amazing aroz con pollo.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. She came here from the Caribbean and used those roots in our home meals. I learned under her apron and still run my food to her for her input
