Receive Text UpdatesI am most confident in pasta, and my signature dish is Ramp cream Noti Ravioli with Pancetta with house made chili crips. I love mix my past experiences from different restaurants and making dishes that stands out from the normal dishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is chef Grant Achatz. His determination and obsession to make ground breaking dishes always inspire me to be different. Also his story of almost losing his tongue and still cooking always inspires me to keep going and be great.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to invest in my equipments for my future and keep my search for a restaurant space.
