One dish i love to make is key lime pie that i learned from my father. Also love to make cookies cause they make everyone smile like german pfefferrnuse, shortbread, and pineapple coconut oatmeal cookies. The other food that i enjoy cooking is Thanksgiving dinner. I make every thing from scratch cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, sweet potato souffle, and gravy all from scratch.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My wife is my culinary inspiration. She went to culinary school in Mongolia then moved to Sweden where she became a sushi chef for 10 years and now cooks korean food here in Florida. Her cooking skill has no bounds.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my wife back to Mongolia to see her family and so i can meet them to. Have not been able to go waiting on green card and now battling cancer.
