Who is your culinary inspiration?My earliest inspiration was experiencing my Dad ordering Beefsteak Charlie's ribeye & baked potato delivery in something like 1989, the smell & appearance of the food, the fully dressed waiter arriving as a delivery person made me realize aroma, flavor, & personal presentation; go hand & hand. Later in life; my Mom become a professional baker & cake decorator, who would wake up every day at 4am, work until 4pm. Bring us handmade cheesebread,donuts, and cookies.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would most definitely use the winnings to fund "Soul Bowl & Soul Burger" 2 concepts Ive dreamed of... Soul Bowl-Featuring delicious southern style lunch/dinner bowls (a meat & 3 format) and Soul Burger my delicious 6oz burgers & potato wedges, accompanied by homemade lemonades, juices, tea, & desserts.
