Receive Text UpdatesI like making casseroles as Im usually cooking large quantities,as well as pasta dishes that our budget friendly,my cuisines change with what donations I get from a local grocery store,and been experimenting with different cuisines. Feeding my community is what makes my mission special.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My first inspiration was my grandmother who was a baker,as well as a wonderful cook. She taught me so much from an early age that I loved the kitchen, and all the magic we made. Then my celebrity chefs were from the Galloping Gourmet to my new orleans chefs Paul Prudhomme,Emeril and John Besh,,and of course Carla.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use that money to improve on the community fridge my wife and I started 5 years ago. We need updated equipment, a better shelter as our fridge sits outside,a transportation vehicle as ours just turned 200,000 miles. Also groceries to keep our fridge full as we try to make 15-20 meals daily.
