Who is your culinary inspiration?It has always been two people... Chef Michel Guerad and Danny Meyer. Both were my mentors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to fund a program for poor and disenfranchised families, along with mentally disabled adults. My goal is to make them independent and culinary educated, which will give them the ability to feed themselves properly.\n And have an awareness of proper health and sanitation. The suspend my dream and mission for very long time. I work at it small right now , but I wanted to grow to a larger capacity.
