I blend traditional Filipino flavors with techniques and inspirations from Spanish, Japanese, and other global cuisines. Signature dishes such as Kare-Kare, Sinuglaw and Lechon reflect my passion for honoring Filipino heritage adding a modern, creative touch.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mother, who sparked my passion for cooking at a young age. I am also inspired by fellow Filipino chefs and the mentor chefs I worked with on luxury cruise ships. Their guidance, creativity, and dedication have shaped my culinary journey and inspired me to blend authentic Filipino flavors with international influences.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to expand my restaurant business, investing a good brand of Kitchen Equipment for a better operation to produce a consistent high quality of food..
